Diese AGB gelten für die Nutzung der Padel-Anlage sowie für sämtliche Buchungen und Reservierungen.
Buchungen
Reservierungen erfolgen nach Verfügbarkeit. Mit der Buchung akzeptiert der Kunde die jeweils gültigen Preise und Nutzungsbedingungen.
Nutzung der Anlage
Die Nutzung erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Den Anweisungen des Betreibers ist Folge zu leisten. Beschädigungen der Anlage oder des Inventars sind unverzüglich zu melden.
Stornierung
Stornierungen können gemäß den jeweils veröffentlichten Bedingungen erfolgen. Details werden mit Einführung des Online-Buchungssystems bekannt gegeben.
Haftung
Für persönliche Gegenstände wird keine Haftung übernommen. Für vorsätzlich oder grob fahrlässig verursachte Schäden haftet der Betreiber im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.
